About Us

Aronax Research Foundation is a Section 8 non-profit organization, established on 23 June 2025, dedicated to advancing multidisciplinary research, innovation, and education on a global scale. Founded by Mrs. Ekambaram Radha and Dr. Kasi Kamalakannan, the foundation fosters knowledge, technological progress, and philanthropy—driving impactful solutions for a better world.

AIM

The Aronax Research Foundation (ARF) Excellence Award 2025 aims to recognize and celebrate the outstanding contributions of researchers from around the world who have advanced knowledge and demonstrated excellence through their work. This prestigious award seeks to highlight and reward exceptional achievements across various fields of science and technology, with a strong emphasis on innovation, commercialization, education, and impactful research.

Eligibilities

1. Research Scholar: Registered full time PhD Scholar and Minimum (2) Research Papers Published Scopus / Web of Science

2. Young Faculty: Below 35 years and (3) Publications in Scopus / Web of Science.

3. Out Standing Faculty: Minimum ten (10) years of teaching experience & (3) Publications in Scopus / Web of Science

4. Life Time Achievement: Minimum twenty five (25) years of experience in teaching and ten (10) publications in Scopus / Web of Science and produced at least 8 PhD.

5. Distinguished Professor: Minimum twenty (20) years of experience, ten (10) publications and produced at least 8 PhD scholar.

6. Global Eminent Scientist: Minimum: (10) Publications in Scopus / Web of Science, (1) patent and produced at least 8 PhD.

7. Outstanding Mentor: Minimum: (2) Funded Projects, (1) Grant, (2) Internship and produced at least (2) PhD.

8. Best Performing Department in Research: Minimum: (10) publications in Scopus / Web of Science, Minimum: (2) Funded Projects, (1) Patent, Conducted (2) Conference, Produced at least 2 PhD/MS/MPhil.

9. Innovation- Driven Academic Department: Minimum (1) Innovation cell, (1) Center for Excellence, (1) Incubation Hub or Start-up Club & Design thinking.

10. Outstanding Department of the Year: Minimum: (5) Publications in Scopus / Web of Science, (2) Funded Projects, (5) Placement (2) MoU Industry or Institution (1) Incubation Hub or Start-up Club, (1) patent, Conducted (1) Conference, Produced at least (2) PhD/MS/MPhil.

Method of Selection

Aronax Research Foundation (ARF) based on expert committee for candidates under `nomination’ mode which is followed by selection through the apex level & governing committee recommendation.

General Terms and Conditions for Applicants

1. Applicants must have experience working in recognized or affiliated institutions only.

2. Each applicant may apply for only one award category.

3. Applicants must have a strong record of ethical conduct and compliance, and must not be involved in any ongoing legal disputes.

4. A complete curriculum vitae (CV) must be submitted along with sufficient supporting evidence of achievements.

5. The judging process will be conducted by an international judging committee.

6. The decision of the judges shall be final and binding. The organizers will not entertain any communication or appeals regarding the outcome of the awards, except in matters concerning ethical violations, misconduct, or legal disputes involving award recipients.
